Admission publications
Featuring photography by Margaret Lampert and text by Winsor’s Joe Broughton, this set of admission
publications take a lively storytelling approach to conveying the personal and hands-on nature of the
school’s learning environment. The materials were awarded gold in both the CASE national and regional
communications competitions. A quote from one judge: “Finally, someone who gets it! People look at photos
before they read. Great headlines mean you don’t have to read all the text.” And another: “The two
viewbooks, one for parents and one for students, are both a scanner’s delight. The photos are engaging,
active, and truly indicative of the primary messages the school was trying to convey. But, if the scanner
takes a moment to read, the writing is exceptional.”
